Why provide an address ?
We ask you to provide an address because delivery is handled by different carriers depending on your location. This is to estimate the shipping cost of your order.

How does the ordering process work ?
I. Choosing the Format and Project Description
If applicable, the client provides one or more reference photos to serve as inspiration.
The client then defines, with the artist’s guidance if needed :
• The desired format and support according to their preferences and budget
• The style (realistic, surrealistic, minimalist, detailed, etc.)
• Dominant elements and specific colors
• The desired delivery date
• The client must indicate their location to estimate shipping possibilities
At this stage, the artist confirms feasibility, price, and the estimated timeframe.
II. Preliminary Sketch and Approval
The artist creates a preliminary sketch so that the client can visualize the overall composition.
The client may request adjustments. Once approved, the sketch serves as the definitive basis for creating the artwork.
III. Quote Approval and Deposit Payment
Once the sketch is approved, a quote or written agreement is sent to the client.
A deposit of 50% of the total price (including shipping fees) is then required. The deposit reserves the artist’s time and materials for the creation and protects the artist in case of cancellation. Work on the artwork begins only after the deposit is received.
IV. Creation of the Artwork
The artist creates the artwork according to the approved sketch and agreed artistic direction. If desired, a progress photo can be sent midway. Late requests from the client may delay delivery.
At this stage, minor adjustments may be accepted free of charge (color, lighting, small detail corrections, etc.).
Major modifications may incur additional fees.
V. Final Photos and Minor Adjustments
Once the artwork is completed, the artist sends high-quality photos taken in natural light.
The client may request one final minor adjustment (light, contrast, small color touches, minor details). Major adjustments are no longer possible after this stage.
VI. Payment of the Balance
The remaining balance must be paid before delivery or in-person collection. Once payment is completed, the artist will issue the final invoice and the certificate of authenticity.
VII. Delivery or Collection
These arrangements should be agreed upon before the start of the order:
Studio collection is free at a date agreed with the artist.
Shipping costs are included in the total price of the artwork and are estimated based on the client’s address, as well as the weight and size of the piece. The client may choose the carrier and request shipping insurance.
The artwork is carefully packaged and protected.
